We don't want a Supreme Court with term limits. We do want term limits with congress. The Supreme Court doesn't have term limits for a reason.

This amendment would need to be ratified by Congress and agreed to, by vote, from over 30 states. Biden legally cannot do this.

Term limits for the Supreme Court and the President. But what about Congress? Especially when Article III in the Constitution states Federal Justices are lifetime appointments. If Biden had the opportunity to nominate 3 justices as did Trump, this would not be mentioned.
