For those who wonder what it tastes like, think about a slimy stinky expensive cheese. The smell isn’t that pungent but think about natto as soy bean cheese. It’s great for the gut biome and delicious.

I put my natto on rice, add egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, bits of seaweed, then green onion. I find the flavor to be simple on its own, so prefer dressing it up. The slime isn't that different from okra, it's good.

I absolutely love natto. I have learned to ferment it myself! I eat it almost every day. On hot rice, green onions, sesame seeds. OMG! Sometimes I add kimchi and a fried egg! The best stuff! Stir the nattokinase up! It will keep you heart healthy;)

Natto is my FAVORITE 🤤!! Hot rice, mustard, soy sauce is standard. If you wanna be boujie add a quail egg over top, some green onion, Ugh soooo good!!!

When I discovered Natto at a sushi bar in Honolulu I fell in love with it! now it's the first thing I eat when ordering sushi, I also use it as a guide in determining how authentic the restaurant is and what kind of quality they have. Thank you for your videos , you certainly are a gourmet.

Love Natto, as someone not from Japan, I usually get asked "are you sure?" when ordering from restaurants.

Tip: cut a small hole in corner of the container and squeeze the cover through it. It's less messy that way.
