Another fun fact, if one knows what they're looking at on a mine dump area, its not uncommon for mines to have a few piles of high grade ore stock piles/dumps to run through once they got through the actual deposits themselves towards the end of the mine life. The mine that I worked at had several of these stock piles/dumps and we even dug up a really old leach field just to get down below it and there were plenty of times we hauled good gold ore up to the waste dump because the "boulders were too bog for the leach pad" (an excuse and I suggested that we stock pile those boulders elsewhere till we started a new cell out on the leach field and of course the big wigs took credit for my suggestion) or there was too much bio crap mixed in (we dug through tons of old workings).

Matt, did you map and mark where the bag samples came from on the dump? Sometime there is limited gold in a specific area of the dump. It would make that easier to locate when sampling like your doing. Keep up the great videos and good luck
