I'm just gonna say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to whoever kept Phil Hartman's voice at the beginning. In a way, it's like he was performing with Mike and Dana in spirit.

I think it's incredibly special that they used the Phil Hartman opening. Phil deserved to be in the 40th Anniversary. RIP

Hearing Phil Hartman as the announcer in the beginning made me nostalgic and sad at the same time. Him, Belushi, and Farley were sorely missed on this episode

The minute you see that drawing of a cameraman and hear Phil Hartman, you know the WW logo is coming and you start screaming “Wayne’s World!” They were my spirit animals.
