    I have been intermittent fasting, OMAD and 3 days prolong fasting for 3 years already, was 98kilo and now 71 kilo. I use to be very forgetful or thought I have Alzheimer's disease and now no more, my brain process and remember quickly, my inflammations are all gone. My prediabetic is back to normal, my blood pressure is normal. And the good thing is, when I start going back to pig out again and when my weight goes up or I start having memory problem, I go back to a 3 day prolong fasting and I am cured. It is amazing. I rarely see a doctor or depended on medicine. I am free and can diagnose my own illness and know how to remedy it. 3 days or more Prolong fasting to autophagy is the key or solution to cure it all. I mean all even cancer. Because sugar feed cancer. By doing a prolong fasting, one starve the cancer from sugar eventually, the cancer dies out. And one more thing, when I lost 25 kilo in 3 weeks, my weight never goes back to 98 kilo. It stays in the 70 71 kilo all the time for 3 years now. The key is to always do OMAD. I never exercise, don't need to. So if you watch those videos on YouTube telling you that you will regain the weight, it is wrong if you follow the OMAD diet property but if you start to pig out and go back to eat 3 times a day then of course you will quickly regain the weight. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Best of luck.
