Of all the lost souls to have visited the domain of Slaanesh, a silver armoured warrior of the Adeptus Astartes would brave the perils of the Pleasure God’s realm in an attempt to strike them down, only to falter and succumb to Slaanesh’s influence at the last minute. But just who exactly is the Silver Knight of Slaanesh?

  • *Kaldor Draigo kicks in the door to Slaanesh's throne Room* "Have you ever eaten, a tangerine?"

It actually makes a lot of sense that it’s a grey knight. Given that it took direct contact with an actual god to corrupt him. So my moneys on grey knight, possibly even a purifier.

"It is unlikely that this warrior was a Grey Knight, because they are protected by an unearthly barrier, known as the 'Matt Ward' which makes them not only incorruptible, but simply the bestest, ever."

Knight: - teasing- i got in your throne room. Slannesh: splendid, would you like a job? Knight: wait, what?

Before Slaanesh: Grey Knight After Slaanesh: Gay Knight
  • I wish a Merry Sanguinala to those who have not succumbed to the Powers!

Slaanesh takes the form of a "man"... Slaanesh "knights" the Astartes by touching him with their "scepter"... oh...oh no...
  • @revanati222
Knight- "Ha hah ha, demon! I just beat all your tests, greed, lust, wrath, envy, gluttony, sloth... I'm the best grey knight!" Slaanesh- "That sounded like a rather Prideful boast." Knight- "Ahhh... crap. I just failed, didn't I?" Slaanesh- "Aaayup..."
  • Actually, after reading the Space Marine Omnibus short story about them, the Iron Knights seem to have a great rivalry/hatred when dealing with Slaanesh, as well as having a heavier knight aesthetic compared to the Grey Knights, and also have been known to have Marines turn to Slaanesh, so I wonder if they are going to tie the two together
  • Slanesh: What do you do for entertainment? Draigo: I sang the songs of hatred against thee heretics.

I was thinking that it was one of Crowe's friends who were cast out in the book, and you don't know how happy I am that you brought it up.

"Have you ever eaten a tangerine?" Lol Merry Christmas great lore master. Please avoid any windows when in the presence of a custodian guard. :]

In regards to Grey Knights falling to Chaos, I always assumed that the one entity that is the most capable of doing so was Nurgle due to his Rot being a physical affliction as much as it is a psychic one

I wonder why the knight hesitated? Someone with the willpower to make it through all the rings, and all the way to slaanesh's throneroom doesnt sound like the kind of person to hesitate. In fact, the temptations of the rings are such that one would have to be a complete sociopath in order to pass through them. You'd have to be the kind of person who cares absolutely nothing for anthing but the mission. You would have to approach the task without hope, without witness, and without reward, and not care. How could someone like that fall, so close to their goal?
