  • A 2 time mvp is under pressure. Lamar has been the second best qb in the league for 6 years. And gets discussed like he's a bum. Its disgraceful.
  • @Mindag13
MAGA Bobby let Mark slide. Shout out to Sarah!
  • @AJCsr
Thank you Sarah, for calling out Coach Harbs on his part in lack of playoff successes since 2012 ! As.much as there are plenty of teams that would snap up John if he left Baltimore, there are plenty of coaches who would not have lost playoff games (by getting away from their historic run games) after destroying every good team they played in the regular season !
  • I paused the video at 0:09 to get an idea from the comments how the tone of this conversation was gonna go… after reading i think im gonna skip this episode. I just don’t plan to engage in nonsensical conversation with people who just don’t like Lamar. If joe burrow or Josh Allen (QBs i love to watch) had 2 MVPs and no SBs we would not be having this conversation. If you disagree just look at how universally Aaron Rodgers has been loved since 2010
  • How does he know what Lamar does or doesn’t do and comparing him to Peyton and TB12 decades into tgeir career.
  • No disrespect but I Don't know what Mark talking about. Marquis brown improved every year that he was in Baltimore
  • Yea why you guys let him be disrespectful? Pretty disappointed with yall 😢
  • Lamar Jackson was in a pro offensive system at Louisville I think he could've ran Flacco Offensive system
  • Now its not on lamar??? Mark is back tracking hard. Dude got the clicks and attention he wanted.
  • Sarah thank you for backing up your points with historical data and facts. You did your thing.
  • Patriots developed players, not TB12. Tampa had multiple great wrs.
  • He wanted Lamar to play wr. He has never been a Lamar fan. Rodgers had Davante Adams and Jordy Nelson.
  • Raven fan but Mark is right on multiple things here. I could care less about MVP’s. I care about playoffs. Lamar has played awful in the playoffs. He’s 2-4 in the playoffs with 6 TD’s and 6 INT’s. That speaks for itself. I know it’s not all on Lamar but if you want the narrative to change he needs to play better in the playoffs. I’m hoping with Henry and a still stacked defense they can make another serious Super Bowl run and win it all. I would love to see Lamar win a Super Bowl MVP and hoist the Lombardi up.
  • @EJBanks
the context helped... he was comparing Lamar to Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, and Peyton Manning. if these all-time greats are standard he has for Lamar, then that shows what he really thinks of him.
  • @dranelgrim
Mark is stubborn and clearly only wanted to counter. Stubbornness served him well as an athlete but as an analyst being able to receive new information and let go of old beliefs is what a sophisticated analyst is required to do.... hey maybe he just enjoys the clicks
  • not sure mark made any concise points about his opinion on Lamar. a lot of beating around the bush and round about answers to discredit lamar. 15 minute segment on hollywood leaving. the entire org was over Roman, hollywood included. hollywood publicly said he loved playing w LJ. but were still going to discredit LJ?
  • Really is odd, that he seems to somewhat acknowledge that the Ravens way isn't conducive to big WR numbers. That its a part of what makes big FA receivers wary of coming here. Then he goes on a long involved anecdote involving Manning. How is that relevant? Manning had the keys, way earlier in his career than Lamar. He was always in a scheme far more balanced. Still, didn't do any better than Lamar his first 6 seasons, in terms of playoff success. This guys one of those goal posts carriers. It's no coincidence, that he co signed the calls for Lamar to switch positions when he came into the NFL. He was in the crowd, believing he wouldn't have success in the league, with his style of play. Now that he can't say, that he can't win, he switches to, let's burn him for not having playoff success fast enough. The mental gymnastics, are in overdrive. I don't care if the scheme hampered you for years. I don't care if you have contemporaries that also haven't won a chip yet. I don't care if you haven't had elite help. I need to diminish all of the positives on your resume. I know people like Nick Wright, will jump on this train. He's just like that anonymous coach. What you haven't done, will always outshine anything you accomplish. These guys can't help being totally see through.
  • @jb44448
Schereth wasn't telling Elway to develop receivers.
