From the Sonnenrast restaurant, head over to the top of the Ochsalm chair (E2). The Blue piste 26 starts here and continues down to the bottom station of the Maierl gondola (E1) giving a vertical descent of about 900m.
The top section of the run is quite wide and maybe a bit steeper than some would like for a blue run. At 1:50 at the left hand side, the blue 16 joins in. At about 2:20 on the right you can see the piste that joins from the top station of the Maierl gondola. The run then narrows a bit and passes the bottom station of the Ochsalm chair at 2:55. This is an 8 man chair with heated seats (nice when the weathers cold).
At 5:10 there is a steep, tricky section that shouldn't really be blue and this is then followed at 5:30 with a short, steep black section, also quite hard/icy. The section after this remained quite hard/icy which I wasn't expecting given the snowfall that the area had.
As you reach the bottom at about 8:30, there is a point at the end of the red fencing to the right where you can cut across and over towards the higher section of Kirchberg which can be handy for returning to the hotels and pensions in this area.

Just point out, from 5:17 to 5:40 you switched from blue 26 to (I think red 40). 26 goes a bit around, you just missed the signs. So you are correct, that section is indeed not blue. You can see the blue slope a bit at 5:17, it's going left, turning and then again at 5:23, it's heading right and into the forest. Mentioning this because the slope is visibly more steep in that section and beginners watching this could potentially be put off.

Thank you for the description! Trying to find easy runs for near beginner.
