Hello Nicky...I just pick up a IBM Selectric III - 50th Anniversary Model olive drab color in excellent overall condition, it comes on, tab works, return works, however the spacebar makes noise like its working but won't move, it will also type but again won't move across the page. Wanting to sell it on eBay, Q> would it bring a higher price if I get it serviced or sell it as is? It has a cover and manual; it appears to be complete. Has a extra replacement ribbon B156 Nukote brand and box of lift-off tapes Nukote 86L-12. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi there, I have been looking for help with my portable electric typewriter (it's a Monica electric/ Monica electric S/ Monica electric de luxe) the space bar is not responding and since it's a potable device I have no way of getting underneath it since it has a cover that I can't remove, do you know of any way I can try to get it working again? It was a gift from my grandmother
