I think this channel has had the most graceful transition of on screen personalities I've seen on youtube. Nothing since MatPat's retirement has felt abrupt and I don't find myself thinking the channel's not the same without him; I can still hear MatPat's voice through the writing, it still feels like the same brand I subscribed to.

I can barely notice any change in the quality of the videos. All those people who think MatPat leaving killed these channels were never true fans in the first place. Keep up the amazing theories Lee.

Growing up is realizing what we loved was the writing. Matpats voice topped it off but these videos will never not be interesting.

Imagine putting on YouTube kids for your 4 year old and they see an ungodly horror that only a demon could think of. 7:19 that kid had it coming for them, they need to know humans are animals even if it means death.

17:54 I think when they play that song with that title, they’re implying with nice little girl or right little girl that it’s symbolizing the children or “little girls” and calling them useful and helping or “nice and right”, I’m a bit on the younger side so I hope my creativity is enough to help you!

What's crazy to me is our lovely new hosts only have one channel to deal with, HOW DID MATT MANAGE IT ALL, I think the change to spread out the workload will ultimately INCREASE the quality of the videos put out.

12:22 I think that the pigs are people, because when the child interrupts him, he calls them a pig. Also, when he says that larger pigs (adults) have less teeth and smaller pigs (children) have more to grow, I think he means that adults already have all of their teeth and children, when they lose their teeth, they will grow a new set. Maybe he's targeting children because they have more teeth?

yeah im with everyone else. this channel out of all of them had the best adjustment to the new host. his voice, inflection, speech pattern, and how he generally presents all feels authentic and 100% on brand. congrats man.

This is the first Film Theory I've watched that didn't have Mat in it and I genuinely thought "Huh, Mat sounds a little different. Wait, That's Lee!!! That's so cool!" You can absolutely tell that the transition since Mat's retirement has gone so smoothly, I can still hear Mat's voice in the tone of the videos and Lee adds his own spice and personality in a way that doesn't feel even the slightest bit jarring. Team Theorist, you are all so incredibly amazing

I love how each channel has a different person in charge of it. It gives them each a different personality and it a cool transition from MatPat running all four and then handing them off to his trusted team. Love you guys!

I think the song is supposed to be Guby's view on the kids? Like he doesn't care how old the kids are or any little details like that. Its just as long as they are "good" that's who he wants. As long as they respond the way he wants them too and keep thinking about him that's "good" enough.

Ima be honest I was scared Matt patts retirement and the new hosts but man you all are doing so well that I still get the giddy excitement that I get from this channel in first place thank you for the film theories and I’m glad you took over
