Ingredients and preparation:
1-1.2 kg pork loin
Salt (about 1 teaspoon per 1 kg of meat)
Black pepper
½ tsp oregano
1/3 tsp ground coriander
6-8 potatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
150 g ham
About 150 g cheese
Cooking line
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ yellow onion (or 1 shallot)
30g butter
100 ml white wine
100 ml water (or broth)
Grate 40 g Parmesan cheese (or similar cheese)
½ tsp cornstarch
150 ml cream (18-30%)

Our division at work is planning a lunch potluck, this dish will be awesome to share and enjoy at the event. Adding the salt and pepper on both sides of the meat before it is rolled ensures that the meat is seasoned and will have the same taste throughout. Some may say adding ham to pork is an overkill, they obviously cannot differentiate the difference in texture and taste between the two cooked and fresh pork meats. Adding the ham is a superb way on incorporate to the fresh pork meat the seasoned flavor of ham. The same way egg adds texture to chicken when breading it. I love the sauce and how the meat juices are added, it adds depth to the flavor.
