Surti Idara Recipe Ingredients

3 Bowl Parimal Chawal (Patimal Rice)
1 Bowl Urad Dal (Black Gram)
1 Tsp Methi Dana (Fenugreek seed)
1 Bowl Poha(Flattened Rice)
Water
8 Tbl sp Water
1 1/2 Tsp Hari Mirch ki Paste (Green chilli Paste)
2 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
2 Tbl sp Moongfali oil (Peanut oil)
Grease Thali with oil
1/2 Tsp Eno(Fruit salt)1/2 packet
1 Tbl sp water sprinkle fresh Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
2 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1/2 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger )
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 cup Besan Sev or 2 Tbl sp Bhuna Chanadal (Roasted chickpea)
2 ice cube
1 Limboo Ka Ras (Lemon juice)
1 cup Hara Dhania Dandi ke sath(Green Coriander leaves with stem)
12 to 15 Pudina ke Patte (Mint Leaves)
1 Tikhiwali Hari Mirch (Spicy Green Chilli)
Add Moongfali oil (Peanut oil)
