hey CJ! great video as always :] i thought you might want to know that betterhelp is a pretty scummy company that was involved in scandal over selling patients' private information to advertisers. it also underpays its therapists heavily - only paid for 45 minutes per day per client, and with word count limits on messaging; anything beyond those limits is unpaid, which greatly limits the care you can get and incentivizes subpar service to stay under limits. not to mention that often your appointments will get rescheduled repeatedly or therapists just won't show up, and there is no guarantee the person it matches you with is actually a licensed professional. they also drag out the cancellation process as long as possible to continue charging you while you're tied up trying to cancel. it genuinely does a lot more harm than good with a predatory business model and absurd prices for the quality of care received. please consider reuploading this video without the betterhelp sponsorship like you did for the TEMU one!! it is just as dangerous to be advertising, if not more so.
