The people who disliked this video thought Grant would give "15 steps on motivating your team". To their disappointment Grant said nothing in this video, but showed that it's important to reward hardwork, buy someone cake to show them their very birth and existence matters to what you do and always make room for people to have a part to play else they'll just show up. While watching this video I too felt like jumping in as a visitor to say "Hello Team Cardone, I'm Thato Aston Mputle from South Africa you make me feel that I belong here" This video is a great lesson on team leadership. I'm convinced that Team Cardone is doing something great. Let's make millions of dollars!
