The character 'Oli London' who has allegedly had multiple surgeries to look Korean is IMO played by Blaire White, a 'Male to Female' transgender youtuber with a huge following. BW is part of a controlled group of conservative 'influencers' who seem to be the voice of reason regarding trans and other radical ideologies, but are obviously controlled opposition. All working for the satanic agenda to manipulate society.

The Oli character is obviously making fun of the whole trans craze and ideology, but people think he's serious and has had all these surgeries. He's just in a theatrical disguise, and uses a different voice and accent to Blaire. It's pushing the idea of extreme surgeries & body modification onto people. Maybe desensitizing us all to the madness so we keep accepting the unacceptable.
