I'm a 115 pound anorexic I absolutely hated food since I started watching these my appetite has sky rocketed! I used to eat once a night specifically at 12am. Now I eat 2 to 3 times a day! I just made a loaded veggie burger and its amazing. You got me to get over my eating habits/disorder. I truly thank you! In 3 weeks I've gained 3 pounds :) I'm actually liking food now! Just wanted to add an edit/update I took a lot of your advice and started eating meat again about 2 months ago now, I'm slamming 2 to 3 full meals a day fully loaded more food than I have ever eaten! Gained 8 pounds! Now 123 pounds :) and gonna keep going. Thank you all for the support and advice <3 its helped significantly
