Hi there! Dev of Variant Chiseled Bookshelves here, thank you for covering my mod. Happy to report all my other Variant mods are now updated :) Also added a new mod to the collection, Variant Jobsite blocks which adds a number of new variant blocks :)

Repurposed structures has got to be my favorite mod ever. Not just because it makes exploring feel magical and purposeful again, but also because it's completely vanilla friendly, meaning any of your friends can join and see the new structures even without the mod. The best part I've discovered so far is how every new variant of the desert temple has new traps, not just the old stone pressure plate.

My favorite mods for multiplayer (1.20.1) Auto Torch mod (Auto places torches when mining) Chat Calculator mod (Calculate anything in the chat very useful for figuring how how many stacks you need) Notes Mod (Basically a book and quill wherever you go) Block meter mod (Measure out block distances with ease) Axiom mod (The next worldedit) Essential mod (Rejoin game + host your own multiplayer worlds without LAN for free) Chest Tracker mod (Figure out where all of your items are in all chests including ender chest) Inventory Profiles Next mod (Alerts you before armor breaks and also helps organize inventory and chests) EMI mod (Like too many items or just enough items but updated for 1.20.1
  • Hands down once again. Still, most mods are just getting better (especially the popular picks) with the introduction of the new fewtures sich as smithing and archeology. It is good to see that these mods are still getting updated to the latest. Great Video once again Rexus! Been waiting for a new video in a while

omg i love the way you organized the showcased mods in the description

Hey Rexus, I love this video! I know you mainly showcase Forge/Fabric mods, but I think it would be cool if you started covering Spigot plugins. There's a lot of hidden gems to be found. The benefit of using plugins is that you can enjoy a modded experience without needing a beefy computer and can manage multiplayer with a greater degree of control, customization, and optimization. I suggest checking out following plugins that are mod-like: Realistic Survival: Faithful port of the RLCraft modpack. Several modules like temperature and Spartan-themed weapons have already been completed. I think it spices up the normal survival gameplay well. (Note that I am biased as the plugin developer). Slimefun 4: A port of kitchen sink modpacks. Adds jetpacks, machines, and magic Nova: Adds custom weapons, port of WAILA, and other items. DeepStoragePlus: Adds a sorting system to Minecraft. Port of Applied Energistics 2. Craftory Tech: Adds windmills and watermills. Reminds me of Immersive Engineering. ItemsAdder: Not technically a port of anything, but adds a framework for adding items, mobs, and blocks. Oraxen: Similar to ItemsAdder, but it's supposedly easier to use?
  • I hope the better nether and end mods get a forge port eventually.
  • Speaking of Sniffers... There is one more Sniffer mod worth exploring: Snowy Sniffer. It's light yet very nice, worth to be in Vanilla, some would say. :)
