This week, Hannah and I discuss the benefits of being open and honest with those we feel closest to, and how being seen and heard in our emotions can have tangible benefits in our lives. I also check in on how she's coping with the immune work, and find out whether she ultimately decided to reconnect with her dad.

I wanted to encourage Hannah, she looks so different, so much more visible vitality. She is very brave and I'm truly thankful for her honesty and openness. All of what you're both discussing is speaking volumes to my own situation. Thank you all for sharing these sessions!!

This episode was very helpful. I've had a very bad experience with a friend and I've lost my confidence in sharing. I will try more journalling .
  • such an honest girl and great to watch and confirming ,its ok to be vulnerable ..I think I have been showing my independence to keep people at bay and Not have to show my vulnerability ..the right people will appear when we show our true self ...some of us are so slow and just get caught in old habits ..until we wake up one day and realise ..they juat are not working for us .

Hannah, I want you to know that your in therapy vlogs with Alex have been really amazing, extremely important and massively helpful for me and no doubt many others. To share and be so vulnerable in your account of your life with your dad has given me the push to actually seek help for the withheld emotions of childhood trauma caused by my father, trauma that has held me captive for at least 52 of my 56 years. I am going to go with that first and then look at doing the reset programme in 2022. You are amazing and I am thrilled that you are regaining your strength that, that dreadful inner critic stole away from you. Sending lots of love and a huge mahoosive hug your way, thank you, thank you, thank you xxx💕💕💕
  • Thanks Hannah for sharing your story, it is very helpful! Send you love ❤

Hannah, you are so inspiring, and I'm so so grateful to you, for sharing your journey . I'm happy for your enormous progress. And, it is inspiring, especially the sharing feelings part, as my unfortunate experience with beginning to share and discuss my feelings ,as I work on my journey, it has destroyed some relationships, and especially1. At least i felt. Lifelong friendship. Thank-you, the timing of airing this is perfect, to inspire me to keep going. Yes my supplements also affect me in horrendous ways, almost always, and it is so hard. Sending you warm hugs and continue on! I'm doing the RESET program now, and can already say (only on module #2) ,it is invaluable and impacting my nervous attempt in big positive ways .

Hannah, thank you. So much "gold' in this session to support others. I honour your openness, sharing with so much honesty. It helps all of us who have experienced the same feel validated. Sending lots of positive vibes to you! Xx

Thanks Hannah for sharing your story. Alex - Q - to calm the nervous system do you need to do mindful exercises everyday?

Hannah, you are doing amazing work! Your experiences are helping me learn more about myself. Thank you, Hannah & Alex.
  • This episode was very, very helpful for me as I connected to the feelings and experiences.

thank you for another good episode. I find it very hard to be open about what I'm feeling and need to others. And when I'm more stressed and feeling worse, the harder it is. Kind of like, the worse I feel, the harder I am on myself and the more it feels unsafe to share. How would you approach this? How do we deal with people very close to us that can be of support, but also a big source of stress?

You know you always say you welcome all questions... at 4.25 there is a bird. It looks like a Daurian Redstart, which would be an absolutely astonishing thing to see in the UK. Please can you say where that footage came from? If it was filmed in the UK the county ornithological society would want to be told. Great episode and I really appreciated it and admire and am encouraged by the progress Hannah is making.
