I really love these short workouts. I've been working out for over 40 years and let's face it, as much as I love aerobics, after that long you know every aerobic move ever created so a long 45 min. or hour workout gets really boring. I like to do 3 to 5 10 minute workouts a day of different types to keep it fun, this will be added to my favorites. :) More 'quickies' please

I really like the motivational phrase you put up at the end: "A month from now, you can either have a month of progress, or a month of excuses of why you didn't. Choose progress!" After years of excuses, I'm now ready for *progress*. Thank you for this great video.
