Design your own diet plan with 4 simple steps ..!!

Step 1 - Google "MHB Calculator" and calculate your TDEE, which is our Total Daily Energy expenditure.

Step 2 - Choose a Goal
To Lose fat, Eat 300-500 calories below your (TDEE)
To Build Muscles, Eat 200-300 calories, above your TDEE.

Step 3, Calculate your Macros - The three main categories for macros are:

Proteins - should be around - 1.2 gm to 1.8 gm/kg of your body weight
Fat - 30% - 40% of your target calories
Carbs - the rest of the calories

Step number 4 - Download a tracking app for your food such as MyFitnessPal and find foods that fit your preferences, taste, culture, and your calories and macros 😊

You are now all set! you can keep adding the meal as the day progress keeping your macros in check! ;)
