GargamelGold: In the responses to the loonwatch "article" on Zelenik, the only "live" name of those who commented is "CriticalDraagon1177". I clicked on it; it led me here. If that's you, please consider adding another comment on the Zelenik article, something similar to: "Responses by Nick McConnell are at his blog meansnends.blogspot.com." As I explain there, loonwatch has blocked me from commenting at their site. Thanks for your consideration - but be careful that they don't ban you!

@zoroaster222 You assumed, that Loon Watch was a Muslim blog, at the very least wasn't that a bit unreasonable, given the fact that they're goal is to fight bigotry against Muslims, not promote Islam, and that many of their writers are non Muslims? Also what is your opinion of websites like Jihad Watch? Are you aware that its considered a hate site by both the Anti Defamation League, and The Southern Poverty Law Center, both highly respected anti bigotry organizations, as well as other groups?
  • @zoroaster222
    1) Thanks for the consideration; that's all I requested. 2) My comments are not "Islamophobic"; a phobia is an irrational fear. 3) I'm not "forcing" anyone or even asking anyone to "endorse" or "promote" my views, just asking for your help to let people who addressed me know that I responded. 4) I'm not asking others to approve of comments on their blogs. 5) There are too many negatives in you next statement for me to follow it. 6) Your opinion that it's not a Muslim website is interesting.
  • @GargamelGold
You have a right to speak, but you don't have a right for others to approve of you comments on their blogs. If Loon Watch refuses to post your comments, its their site and that's their decision. They're also not doing the equivalent of false flagging videos for violating rules they did not violate.
  • @zoroaster222
My purpose was to solicit your help; you declined; we could leave it there. If you want to engage in a discussion, I suggest you open a thread at an appropriate forum (one that permits links to support claims, that doesn't have a 500 character limitation on posts, and that doesn't censor reasonable comments), maybe at "Rational Skepticism" or the forum at "faithfreedom"; there's no point in trying to discuss such matters at any Muslim forum of which I'm aware. Let me know your decision.
  • @GargamelGold
@zoroaster222 Oh and one more thing, Loon Watch is not a "Muslim website." They're purpose is not to promote Islam. They're an anti Islamophobia website. They're purpose is to fight anti Muslim bigotry. That of course will include refuting false statements bigots make about Islam. I say this, because you specifically referred to them as a "Muslim website" on your site when you mentioned them.
  • @GargamelGold
@zoroaster222 Are you aware of the existence of a whole myriad of websites, including but not limited to Jihad Watch, that promote baseless conspiracy theories involving Muslims, such as the so called "Stealth Jihad," and Taqiya is lying for Islam, that have been debunked multiple times, by mainstream sources, sometimes by skeptical atheists and even former Muslims?
  • @GargamelGold
@zoroaster222 Yes, I'm Critical Dragon1177. However, I'm not going to do what you requested. I disapprove of it as it is rather Islamophobic to say the least. Therefor I will not promote it. Before you accuse me of hypocrisy, The First Amendment was meant to protect free speech from government censors, not force private individuals to endorse your views.
  • @GargamelGold
@zoroaster222 Islamophobia = Anti Muslim bigotry. On your blog, You seem unreasonably obsessed with the fact they're Muslims when Muslims do something evil. Second of all, many of Loon Watch's writers are not Muslims. Its a site opposed to anti Muslim bigotry, and can you not see the difference between fighting bigotry against Muslims and promoting Islam?
