    Could I just add that the treble soloist in the Pelham Humfrey was George Corbett (now Dr.George Corbett of St.Andrew's University)

    Marvellous   I was attracted to this broadcast through the separate clip featuring the voluntary by Croft   my expectations were high  and justifiably so!  I am not looking forward to the day when the ArchivesOfSound channel closes down!   Do you know who the string players were, by the way?
