This topic was on my mind today as well on my walk in the park. Celibacy can free us from the perversion of lust. And put in check the desire for sexual validation. When holding onto that creative sexual energy it's bound to make other areas of your life increase in productivity. That energy will fuel your work or your outlet of art. It will Naturally exude into your paintings, writing, songs, sculptures, or whatever work your doing. You will start making love to life itself. Pouring yourself into everything you do. Because that's what the sexual energy from the Sacral Chakra is. The infinite power to create and produce fruit, whole heartedly. It isnt necessary to have a physical outlet for sexual energy. That energy will express itself through your Will Power, (Solar Plexus, Chakra) your Depth and ability to Love (heart Chakra), your Clarity of Communication and Speaking your Truth ( Throat Chakra), and it will also Increase your Receptivity to Subtle energy like thoughts and emotions around you (Third Eye Chakra). Retaining definitely Increases your overall Function as a Being. When Reproduction is no Longer a Priority. The Body will still get Impulses. But when your Will has is in Check, and you Inderstand that the Fuction of that Creative Energy is to Enhance the productivity of your Other forms of Expression. You develop a deep sense of Reverence for it. And Value having it, more than the Urge to share and release it with someone physically. Love the Idea of engaging in intimacy without the desire for orgasm as well. Seems like a good way to deepen respect and trust.

I am a female and I call my girl friends "girlfriends" and people look at me weird. That's what my aunts called their friends and it just stuck with me. I like the terms guys and girls no matter the age.

Lust is not love people need to know the difference. Lust is def one of the biggest challenges im dealing with, this lustful energy is very strong someone said " lust is the devils most strongest weapon."

lust lays in the past and in the future. I believe it's okay and human to eat from the forbidden fruit once in a while when it presents itself to you in all openess. Just don't get your mind twisted on it. Than it becomes an addiction a fill up for a loss of self love. In other words you sell your soul to the devil. Lust is a craving, a desire for something you don't yet have or didn't have. In order to end the lust, you either just act it out in the moment it presents itself to you, without crossing someone his or her boundries. To be able to act it out, try to step by step let go of that lust and accept yourself for who you are right now. Or else fear and overarousel will take part while you are experiencing lust. When you, day by day, let go of lust and fill yourself with selflove "materialistic things" will automaticly present themselves to you. Pretty much like the Golden grail presents itself to those who live according to "Dharma". Do not confuse lust with love. Understand that lust is equal to fantasies you have of something. In these fantasies you make that something either bigger or smaller than you. As if you have the privilage to experience that one moment. When approaching lust you are never equal... So it is ussually based on superficial lies (quick dopamine) a.k.a. "the devil". I believe it's okay to once in a while confront the devil and not constantly run away from it. But only if you see through it's disguise. Or else you'll start taking lies for truth. Which results in "low vibrational Karma".

It’s a shame because any chances I had to indulge in that type of life and get it over with were kind of thrown by the wayside due to chronic illness taking over my life at 18 so now I’m just left with this unfulfilled lust years later

Yo, I wanna say that your videos are very beneficial for me and probably a few others out there. I love the content, very open minded in a healthy way- while being judging in a healthy way (a good teacher knows when to be open, not to be open, when to judge, when not to judge). You already know that though. I'm currently on my quest to seek self a bit more myself. And I feel like fate, the divine, so on and so forth; has brought me to these videos. I'm 25, and life has been a very interesting quest thus far... I think some would say that my life is but a side quest because of my obsession with artistry and deeper meanings, but to me it's my main quest.... Art (You name it) and now spirituality. Another note: It's not so lonely anymore once you realize that this isn't your true home and nothing lasts forever.

Wow man, you make me remember when years ago during the walk of Santiago in Spain I've meet a German girl, I'm Italian and we we're both very little, 17 years, 18 years , and inside that spiritual yourneys, we just meet togheter, without having sex and without even speak a decent English, but was like living something outside from lust, was like having an Orgasm inside in certain ways, something deep unexplainable, but at cause of what we both research spiritually during that particular time and walk .
