This video reminded me of the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad " the best deeds are those that are most consistent even if it's small. "

    1. figure out what your priority is, the most important tasks. instead of doing too much, become concise (3-4) on your goals. if i only had 2 hours a week what would i do? 2. focus on progress 3. bargain with yourself about what you want to do what you should do 4. have a flexible routine 5. just pick a thing. it is easy to doubt yourself over what youre doing but instead of overthinking something just stick to one thing for a long enough time

I actually stopped this video midway and started doing what I’d been procrastinating all day.

Every week I struggle to stick to my budget and make disciplined financial decisions. It's like I always find myself spending more than I should.
  • As a growing 18 years old teen. You are one of The YouTube Mentors that I'm learning from.
  • @Starryphillic
Valuable takeaways to be consistent: 1. Make things easy to do, 2. Acknowledge our desires but bargain with ourselves to be consistent with witty desire grants, 3. For every goals, have three high-low level of ways to achieve & maintain consistent momentum 4. Stick to one system that suits you and transform your craft better, 5. Stick to do the things and dont quit

I really like that these videos are well-credited, well organized, and well-presented. I've seen a lot of comments about how this content is repetitive, but I have been watching for years and I'm still learning a lot from these, and honestly, I'm glad these messages are reinforced, and updated with the latest publications, so I can try and continue to be consistent.
  • Ali. I find you so genuine and kind, your advice is so well thought out and tried and tested, for the most part that it eels like a kind, gentle nudge towards making my life, just a little bit better each time I watch one of your videos! You're making the world a better place, Ali! keep up the excellent work!!!!

When you said you are doing too many things at a time, you spoke to me. For a very long time, I thought I was going crazy when I couldn’t just get myself to do anything but watching this video and also doing more research I realised that the reason I couldn’t be disciplined with myself was because I was doing too many things at the same time. Thanks Ali you are a real one ❤️
  • Truly, as someone who struggled with trauma et al for nearly 30yrs, I have been doing IFS Parts Therapy for not yet a year and it is AMAZING. Total reframe. Highly recommend, and despite all the introspection and healing and growth I had tried to do by myself and with other counsellors, I did not know this existed until I found this therapist and that was her method of work.
  • @shwetaa13
Out of all your videos which I have watched, this one is an amazing one, rock solid. I need all these points to concentrate in my life and be insistent with these things, not quit, continue, find time, thanks for reminding me again.
  • Ali I came across your YouTube channel and after listening for a while I must say thank you. You have got me started again.
  • @caiofelix6958
What was said in the Progress Not Immediate Success section was a good reminder about my lack of patience. My obsession with achieving results in a short time is a frequent topic in my conversations with my psychologist. Great video!
  • @angusz_
Awesome advice Ali. Your videos are always gold! Learned a ton from your organization, studying, and YouTube growth videos. One thing that’s helped me a lot with discipline if to set small “nudges” around my work or home to remind me of my goals. Even something like phone wallpaper 🙂
  • @amsmartech
I love your videos so much. Never thought that I can relate with someone so much. Bless the algorithm.
  • @JaponskiiBorch
Thank you so much! Consistency in crucial! I make my own videos for YouTube and sometimes I’m on the verge of giving up. That was extremely important for me to hear “Don’t quit”. Thanks a lot
