I am living at Bang Saray Beach 10km from Pattaya .. a quieter beach community .. $300 a month with a private beach most people don't know is there 100 meters from my condo .. full amenities gym etc .. I love Thailand for it's kind culture, beautiful islands and beaches , and super low cost of living .. been here 10 years now .. would never step foot in USA ever again

Great video! I’m getting to the age where working is starting to become really difficult. I visited Thailand 20 odd years ago and have some great memories of a beautiful place with beautiful people. I’m feeling inspired to make the move just to get away from a woke world which is dragging me down!!!

Just wanted to say that's for keeping it real with us. Lots of other YTers are showing up 1500 dollar a month condos and 300k houses and while they are still a deal compared to the states let's be honest, no one is moving halfway around the world to pay those prices, at least not the majority of us. Keep doing what you're doing brother

Thanks for the tour. I lived in Thailand in 1971. I went to Pattaya several times. Boy has it grown. It was just a small beach town. No hi rises at all. Would love to go back.

Its Beautiful and serene. I was stationed in San Antonio/San Miguel Philippines, in the early 80s, so was leaning that way. But many have told me look at Thailand...Its Gorgeous. Thank you.

This is beautiful for the price! The small kitchen wouldn't bother me since I'm not into cooking. The views and amenities are great! And you've done a good job personalizing it a bit and increasing some storage.

Absolute Stunning , my favorite spot would be in that cozy corner on the balcony looking over the peaceful Ness and taking in the serenity and the beauty of the water , it's perfect size space , add a bit of greenery will make it sooo cozy and homey, great job on your interior.

Wow. That is amazing. Freezing over here in Wyoming for about 3 times as much per month as your condo. It's gonna start warming up here soon. I'm happily married and retired, so if anything we'd have to vacation for a couple of weeks. Awesome apartment and beautiful view and workout room, swimming pool, jacuzzi. You're living the life of Riley my friend. Enjoy.
