After an even match between the two, ec3 intercepted a springboard moonsault attempt by Ec3 into a superkick and followed up with an Tk3 for a nearfall. The two then traded blows, with EC3 falling onto Mysterio for a nearfall. In the climax, Mysterio attempted a frog splash on EC3, but EC3 rolled out of the ring, only for Mysterio to leap over the top rope to perform a Canadian destroyer on EC3. Back in the ring, Mysterio performed the frog splash to win the title.

You know, I'm not really sure that a fact when after Nia defeated Bayley OR Mia last night BEFORE next week's WWE SummerSlam 2024, am I right? So, if Nia wins, she'll becoming 2x times WWE Women's Undisputed Champion (RAW Women's Champion).🏆🏆

Mysterio managed to avoid Naito's finishing maneuver, the Destino, and looked for his own finishing maneuver, The 619 followed by a frog splash to win the match and become the new IWGP world heavyweight champion.
