I printed a Gridfinity out of chocolate and gave it to Brooke for Valentine's Day. Normally I try to add more details here in the description, but that kinda sums it up. I came, I saw, I ate a boat.

As a pastry chef in-training, listening to you discover how fiddly chocolate is was a delight. Fun fact: the door to the chocolaterie of a bakery always. stays. closed damnit. If you let it stay open you mess around with the humidity, temperature, airflow... Can't have that.

I feel like the fridge model still has a lot of promise with professional kitchens/bakeries. Compound chocolate is more stable, and it can taste good, but chefs/bakers can be pickier when it comes to taste.
