Tabitha is like female Gordon without the kitchen, she’s just brutally honest
-
Buzzard empties the cash register and leaves Kitchen staff: haha yup that's Buzzard!

Little update for everyone: At the end of the episode we hear that both Ricky and Tabitha excelled in their roles as Executive Chef and Manager. Lela's closed in 2007 as although business had improved Lela's debts were too high. Yelp reviews were mostly negative. In it's place now is Aladdin Jr Restaurant & Cafe, an Arab restaurant with good reviews. After Lela's Ricky went on to become Executive Chef at The Corner Butcher Shop in La Verne. He later worked for Silver Spoon Catering and is currently working at Hollywood Park Casino.

Chef Ricky is honestly one of the best chefs that I have come across in the entire series. He changes from an arrogant, lazy man to a capable, composed chef. My man just lacked proper guidance and direction but once Chef Ramsay stepped in and showed him how it's done, Ricky reignited his passion for food and owned everything. It was really wholesome when Chef Ramsay complimented Ricky. Game recognizes game. As for Lex, he wasn't used to leading the kitchen or handling pressure and therefore he snapped but he came back, stood up to his fears, and helped Ricky as his second, I mean that takes balls too. He did a pretty good job as well. I hope they both are doing well in life wherever they are.

"I'll have a glass of water pls" "We don't have water today"
-
Buzzard is the reason 90% of menu is missing.
-
"He takes little things every now and then, but I haven't seen him do something like that *in a while*." Meaning this isn't even the first time Buzzard has helped himself to a 4-course meal and wine.

I love that Gordon doesn't get his hands dirty during service. He truly makes the staff figure it out because once he's gone, they're on their own.
-
Hell's Kitchen: Where's the lamb sauce? Kitchen Nightmare : Where's the lamb?
-
Ricky went from ”He's a man, Im a man he ain’t better than me” to ”Gordon is the best dude in the world”
-
"Diamonds on my plate!" That guy is no executive chef
-
Normally when the owner has no idea what's going on with their business gordon gets them to step up and take control but with Lela he just sent her for a spa day lol
-
“I don’t take anyone yelling at me” Girl, Gordon yells at chefs, not servers.
-
Ricky had that typical anime protagonist character development arc
-
Ricky really needed a wake up call, because when it it came he truly stepped up. Not everyday you see someone go from "playing chef" to becoming a true head chef in one night. Huge respect to Ricky fr.
-
“Ricky, ex-head chef” at 28:48 is fcking hilarious
-
Gordon hears Tabitha roast Ricky. Gordon: "I've found my disciple".
-
this vid should be titled : Ricky's Character development
-
I love seeing the light come into Rickys eyes when they were making the salad i feel he fell back in love with cooking and creating so cool to watch
-
Ricky saying he knows what his skills are after failing to identify meat is the funniest thing ever.
