Problems with this restaurant: 90% Sebastian's insecurities and childlike behaviour 10% Actual problems
  • "I've created a unique menu that nobody else has." Yeah, I think there's a reason why nobody else has this.

2024 update: Sebastian's brought back the old menu and closed less than a year later in 2008 (a little over 2 months after the episode aired). The Red Door, a new pizza joint, opened up there using the wood fire ovens provided to the building by Gordan, that restaurant closed in 2014. The building has since been torn down and currently set as an empty lot with plans of an apartment complex being put in.

Closed less than a year later and moved back to Boston with his wife who is a V.P. For the Mary Kate and Ashley empire. He now does trees service and stump removal if you were curious as to what happened to him.

Sebastian: I'm a damn good cook Microwave: *beeps Him: Beautiful
  • @lisacruse6135
Him celebrating about ''winning that one'' is the most pathetic thing I've seen
  • @cwalker6911
That menu gives “everyone’s so creative” vibes
  • It just clicked for me that Sebastian cannot let go of the menu because it was the one and only vaguely original idea he ever had in his life lmao

“I just wanted to show Gordon that my abilities are endless.” Yeah endlessly disappointing.
  • @discobutterfly
He so badly wants to be famous that he decided to open a f-ing restaurant with no idea and used his wife’s money for his brilliant, egotistical plan. He is delusional
  • @chrisjames3272
Sebastian saying that he can't afford to use fresh dough because frozen is cheaper is the one sentence that says he didn't learn anything before starting a restaurant.
  • @DeathBringr07
Love how while he runs off and cries, Gordon continues to run the kitchen. What a carry
  • @opensociety9113
"I won that one" "Sebastian!" "Yes, Chef!" This guy is just pathetic
  • Its so stupid, most of these peoples restaurants are dying and they ask for help. When they get it, they get angry.
  • @Hungrydingo
I don't know where Sebastian found his staff but it's surprising to me to see their passion and ambition. They were clearly emotionally invested in the place. He squandered a really strong opportunity because I've been in management before and finding people who really care is a difficult thing to do.

Man i love Lou... Can we please just appreciate how cute and kindhearted she is? Shes genuinely happy for all those things happening <3

Imagine the microwave breaks The whole Pizzeria is doomed
  • @originalbk
So much respect to Gordon for leaving Sebastian outside to have his pity party while he went back inside, stepped up, and coached the rest of the cooks. Leading them and giving direction and tips.
  • If Gordon Ramsay went up to me and said that "I've never met someone I beleive in as little as you" my heart would shatter. At that point I'd seriously reevaluate my life and my priorities.
