  • I increased my calories few years ago. Went from around 1000 to 2300 currently. Can say Marissa is sooo right about benefits of eating normal amount.
  • After reverse dieting with Marisa a few years ago I've been able to transition into eating intuitively, keep my hormones balanced and eliminate all the symptoms of PCOS and maintain my weight effortlessly eating whatever I want. An actual miracle worker 🤓
  • You ‘getting emotional’ is why I started following you. It’s clear that you want to help people like me.❤
  • I’m so happy for you for your success with this program as well as your channel!!
  • Working with your body, rather than against it.... I loved hearing you say that. 💖💖
  • I really needed this video right now. Calories scare me! 😆 I’m on a downward slope with my calories yet again. I’ve been on this journey for 30 years. It’s on my vision board to work on it this year!
  • @Sabeine
I have gotten myself from 750 calories and anorexic to 2500 a day! But my question is this: How long do I stay at maintenance before going into a cut again? I was starving for years.
  • Hi Marisa! I hope you’re doing amazing! And I hope you show your cat in future videos !
  • @MommyBee1589
This video is so interesting — I’m going to do a little experiment and just try it! Everything in my resists the ideas you’re explaining— it sounds too good to be true— but I feel like I have nothing to lose bc I can’t keep doing what I’m doing!
  • Yess I truly wish food freedom for everybody + a healthy and loving relationship with yourself and your body ❤ it is life changing 🥰
  • @lollypoppet1
This is a great video - except the first 9 minutes probably could have been a very separate video for promoting your course, but i love the things you explain and say for the rest of the video.
  • @G1ngey
I wish I could afford to sign up for this course. It's not economical for me but god I need some kind of 'explain it to me like I'm 5' explanation for this. I want to break the cycle of bad eating and I want to learn about how to eat better and more consciously. I don't know where to begin or who to trust or what advice to listen to.
  • @ArielCleirigh
Merry Christmas M, so lately Im eating less in hollidays and drinking less too.
  • @daysoftheboo
Thank you so much I needed this 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 currently I eat around 2,150 calories to 2200 calories a day but I've been wanting to increase a bit to get more muscle and build bone density but the fear of gaining weight has been stopping me, I definitely want to gain muscle but I Don't want to gain fat especially belly fat and that fear has been stopping me but I want the benefits of eating more calories I realize now my metabolism hasn't been healthy all these years,, either I started under eating at age 19 and I only recently stopped at 39 At 19 years old I should have been eating 3,000 calories with how active I was and because my body was still growing but instead I was eating 500 calories a day !!☹️😢 overtime I did slowly increase my calorie intake but I never went over 2000 , you're absolutely right under eating never made me happy with my body I wasn't getting enough nutrition, no matter how low calories I was eating my body still looked awful and terrible, even when I was underweight I still had a belly pooch I realize now that belly pooch was never going to go away even if I was eating 10 calories a day ☹️ I want to let go of the fear and eat more calories eat more protein more healthy fats and healthy carbs Yes I want to reverse my osteoporosis that is my top goal but I also want to achieve my aesthetic goals and be happy with my body for once 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
  • so great to see this today, as i am doing a reverse diet on my own right now! no one in my life has ever heard of it so it can be lonely
  • @bowieq292
Can i do the reverse dieting without lifting heavy?( i have a spine condition that makes it risky and ive been advised to avoid putting strain on my back :( )
  • @mikkiperry93
I would’ve loved to gotten in on your reverse dieting course but I unfortunately can't afford it at this time. So my question is knowing this has put so much stress and pressure on you to plan and build for your future clients do you think you'll do this again sometime next year? or maybe make something similar?

The calculator seems to not come up on my phone on the chrome browser. Also it does not seem to support metric (which the rest of the world uses)
