I loved the grin on Bill's face and him nodding enthusiastically when Ramsey tells everyone that all that tropical tat is about to go up in flames! The way she dragged Bill out of retirement, had him running around like a wasp in an upturned jar pushing that trolley, and punched a hole in their $1m dollar nest egg all because SHE was bored shows just how utterly self-centred she is.

The sad thing is, this is probably the most gentle I’ve seen Gordon treat one of the owners. Adele is so stubborn and resistant to change, and Gordon is actually very patient and understanding, while maintaining his honesty.
