About Me: Sarra Cannon writes contemporary and paranormal fiction with both teen and college-aged characters. Her novels often stem from her own experiences growing up in the small town of Hawkinsville, Georgia, where she learned that being popular always comes at a price and relationships are rarely as simple as they seem.

Catching the replay almost two weeks later. Great snippet! I'm so excited to read TDOVS. When you asked us to think about what we used to wish for, that we now have, all I could think about was how in June of 2023 I was really happy with my job, but I wanted to be writing full time. I really appreciate how much strength it took to talk about what you’ve been through. It’s been a difficult road for me, in different ways from you, but still. And the fact of someone I see as a teacher and a mentor for my own writing talking about getting to the other side and realizing dreams gives me a little bit of strength to forge ahead. 🤔 My husband just heard the Everquest 2 bring back to "vanilla" and got him interested. LOL He use to play back in the day too. I am a WOW player. I couldn't enjoy just sitting and camp killing. I love quests and little more user friendly. I think I only played the first version on Everquest. 😊

I also have a narcissistic mother and have had to cut her out of my life. I also was the “good child” and have been disowned a few times in the past before cutting my mother off for perceived slights against her. One of which was I decided to go to pharmacy school instead of medical school… because then I’d never be a real doctor and not be rich enough to buy her whatever she wanted… It was all craziness and I am happy to be out of it with my amazing life and partner!
