The screens we watch this on were probably made in a sweat shop. The cameras that made this production were probably made in a sweat shop. The clothes and shoes we sit in while watching this were probably made in sweat shops. It's a bigger issue than most people realise.

The fact that im from the same country and yet living so much better its just horrible. These people are so neglected that we almost forget about them. Thanks for sharing this video

Ciao Giuseppe, io e mia moglie abbiamo adottato un bambino a distanza nel 2023, in Gambia, con ActionAid. A dicembre abbiamo ricevuto il primo disegno realizzato da Nelson (si chiama così), ed è stato fatto proprio sugli stessi fogli che hai mostrato nel tuo video, quelli disegnati dalle bambine. E' un'emozione incredibile sapere che dall'altra parte del mondo c'è qualcuno che può studiare, mangiare ed essere curato grazie anche al tuo contributo. Grazie a te Giuseppe che fai luce su questi temi, mettendo in risalto l'operato di ottime organizzazioni come ActionAid.

I worked in garments years ago, our main supplier to North America was Bangladesh. They have LCD status hence duty free to import. I had to live in Dhaka for a few months to set up a liaison office around 2008. Since having worked in the garment industry and experiencing both ends of the trade, I have developed a kind of disgust for fashion. I mostly wear second hand and cheap locally made garments from low end stores. I wear clothes until they have holes in them.

You don't even know how underpaid they are. The clothes you buy for $300, they make them and can't even earn $1 from it. Those big companies are robbing from both sides

Acquisto abiti solo se vedo 2/3 buchi, perché sono consapevole di ciò che ci sta dietro a tutto questo. Non possiamo stare con la bocca chiusa, dobbiamo divulgare il tuo messaggio. Non è giusto, siamo privilegiati solo per il fatto di essere nati nella parte fortunata del mondo, ma non é più possibile tollerare che il nostro benessere si basi sulla fatica e la fame di milioni e milioni di altre persone. È ora di svegliarsi e smetterla di viziarci, pensando che sia gratuito. Nulla lo è in questo universo: se qualcosa costa poco e pensiamo che sia di qualità, è evidente che qualcuno debba pagare la differenza. Grazie Giuseppe per questo ennesimo capolavoro. I am from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and i am currently working in this industry. My simple suggestion is that buyers who give us orders thay are not giving us the right price that's why in Bangladesh the working condition is very poor . And those children who are working in factories are from very poor family thair whole family workes together just to servive .and if this emotional video somehow effects the owner of the factory she will be fierd from her work. And her family will suffer the consequences .

Questa mattina, ho mostrato questo video ai miei studenti delle superiori qui in Giappone. Sono rimasti scioccati e profondamente colpiti. Erano completamente inconsapevoli di questa terribile pratica. Più persone dovrebbero guardare questi video. Vi applaudo per il meraviglioso lavoro che state facendo!
