Hi,
How are you? I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday. I am currently in Osaka and filmed a little coffee talk video in Tokyo. I really enjoy these videos and I enjoyed this one especially as I spend a little alone time in the city. Tokyo is truly one of my favorite cities, it feels so safe and clean there is so many fun cafes, good restaurant and hidden shopping places.
I guess this video is more of " pick in my brain" video and wanted to share where my head is at lately. While I travel I find it sometimes hard to slow dine and tune in with myself but when I do, oh wonders happen!
How are you dealing with self-love? is it something you practice or does it come naturally to you?
