Did you hear tornado sirens Thursday afternoon? A statewide drill took place for the first time in two years to mark the importance of severe weather awareness week.

After the storm we had in July 2021 in Wisconsin. I think all the county’s in Wisconsin should consider sounding the sirens for 80MPH straight line winds. Even if its not a tornado they can do damage.

Get rid of sirens. Old, unreliable technology. They go off more for useless tests and malfunctions. Use phone alerts, and weather radios folks.
