You have to watch each episode in its entirety in order to appreciate the set up of the jokes. Most of them run the entire episode, believe it or not. That way u will find it hilarious

The thing with the Office and the characters, is that it gets exponentially funnier and funnier the more you get to know them. That's why it felt slow at first if you've never seen it.

Fun fact, when they filmed this show they actually all showed up for work at 7 am and pretended like they were going into a real office job. They wanted it to seem as real and genuine as possible. & yes this show is easily one of the funniest shows of all time, definitely funnier than Wayans Bros respectfully

People who 'get' The Office comedy we laugh from way down in our gut such a laughter that seems to explode out of you because it's so funny. Not many shows do that to me - especially season 1-5

The Office was the funniest show ever - if you ever worked in an office. It's pretty much what happens when you spend 8-10 hours a day in a cubicle at a keyboard and answering the phone. Great show.

The thing about The Office is that you have to understand the premise (it is filmed as if it were a documentary or reality show) and you have to familiarize yourself with the characters' idiosyncrasies, etc. then, you get it. The funniest show of all time, to me, and Michael Scott the funniest character.

John Krasinski is the actor you keep noticing. He's pretty big in the action scene these days with the Jack Ryan series and the Quiet Place movies. He, Chris Pratt and Zachary Levi are three goofy tv comedy actors of a certain age/genre (The Office, Parks and Rec, and Chuck) who are now action or action/comedy actors (Jack Ryan, Guardians of the Galaxy, Shazam).
