My grandmother was Choctaw Indian and I have a huge respect for the native Americans it’s sad that their culture and heritage gets ignored we need to respect them more the first and real Americans. Love their culture and history I study it all the time.
  • Much respect to the Native American Indian Nation. I am Cherokee and Seminole Indian. This history saddens me I wish there wouldn't have been so much greed and distraction. I hope that one day we will be able to practice our beliefs, culture and teachings as a free Nation once again.

As a Polynesian, it is fascinating to me how Native American culture seems so similar to ours and our beliefs with the land as well. Much love and respect❤️

When a documentary starts with a statement saying Columbus was deeply moved by the native Americans, you have to question the how accurate this documentary is.

“Teach your children what we have taught our children, that the earth is our mother. Whatever befalls the earth befalls the sons and daughters of the earth. This we know. The earth does not belong to us. We belong to the earth. This we know. All things are connected, like the blood which unites one’s family.” − Chief Seattle of the Suquamish Indians.
  • Learning more about Indian Nations is a wonderful thing! So much to learn!

I am Apache, Comanche, and Iroquois and I am extremely proud of my heritage. I like these stories, and each nation had their own story where some things were similar while other things differed... as you would expect among different peoples. I have lived in the white man's world most of my life (I'm 80) and have had to adjust some things in order to survive, but I would never deny my heritage and I would never deny my spiritual heritage. I wish I could say that my employers were able to accept my side, which they didn't, but they did allow me to show what I could do for them within doing things honorably. My blessings to all of you... Yeha Noha.
