I must say that it boggles my mind to think that anyone would pay $20k+ for a single penny... But Lord knows I’d let them pay me if I had one. But it’s still mind blowing! As always, thank you for educating us. I appreciate all the advice and knowledge you throw our way.

Hey Daniel, I found one of those 1983 bronze 3.11 grams Pennies a couple of month ago. I sent it to Ken Potter and he says it's going the one. He sent it off to Stacks & Bowers for grading and auction on August 5, 6 in New York. One in a billion. Yeah and it's a good one.
  • Good morning Dan... this is the kind of video I like... I'm informative. You are like a coin school teacher, no gimmick's...no gaw's... just straight up... Thank You and have a great day...😎

The short answer to your question is no. My dad knew a store owner that pulled a nice 16D Mercury from circulation in the 50’s but this is MUCH rarer than that. It’s like a Powerball ticket with maybe a little better odds.

After watching your video I have found a 1983 small date no mint mark Lincoln cent and it weighs 3.1 grams. 🙃 even though it's in very poor condition I am very happy to have found it plus a few other 3.1 gram 1983 Lincoln cent varieties as well! Thanks again, keep up the awesome video's!

Yes, I do have this coin 1983 D. Mine is in very good condition. I also have a 1987 D..also that has zinc in the middle. I'm wanting to sell them both.
  • Merry Christmas to you and your beloved family. Love and peace shall reign supreme on your path through life. Your sincerity is displayed by your smile and your honesty is in your verse.

I saw your side post yesterday and I had to think. Yes, I may be one of those guilty of lowering your viewing times. I am subbed to so many channels now that I would be watching non stop 24 hours a day. No can do. Sooooooo, I hit the > and fast watch a lot of videos. Some I even >>>>. Also, it is the holiday season so some people do not have the time to dedicate to watch videos all the way. That being said, I appreciate the information that you put out and look forward to your knowledge being shared. Thank you Daniel.

I'm still looking for once of these, haven't found one yet though. Thank you for another great video. I learn a lot more about coin collecting from videos like this. I am subscribed to coin world, however, I learn more from an audio/visual format.

Everytime I think I can get rid of some rolls, Daniel ( the Teacher) gives me more homework. LOL 😂

And that’s why I like watching your videos not only your showing the difference between coins that are valuable and not valuable because some of the other channels are misleading sometimes because they forget to explain why such coin are valuable and some are not and I see the trend now where they starting to explain why others are worth a lot and some don’t where new coin collector like myself get mislead sometimes which I learned a lot just watching your channel by the way Merry Christmas and keep up the good content we really appreciate what your doing so thank you 🙏 👍🏼👍🏼😅
