Honestly, Signalis' use of "Bioresonance" was such a beautifully horrific, well-executed portrayal of cosmic horror, imo. It was truly on par with something I'd see if a Warhammer 40,000 Psyker had lost their shit and the only one to help stop the wizard was a LONE GUARDSMAN with all the ammo in the world. After beating Trepang², I admittedly like to think of this cute headcanon where the Syndicate was penultimately responsible for all Bioresonant disasters - Signalis' story included.
