Good lord, I miss those days.
-
"Also on the bill was the Quicksilver Messenger Service" Well yeah! They were always on the "Bill" at the Fillmore, they were practically the House Band!
-
Great recording of bands early days. Jorma and jack sound great. Vocals only on right channel show early recording techniques. Great to hear marty, grace and paul harmonies. Signature of the sound of the band at this time period. So fun!!!

I was at that show

Jorma's psychedelic guitar playing was exquisite. I always wish he would have stayed on that journey, but I think he was freakin himself out.
-
Sounds like an extra large time to me! ♥️✌🏻♥️✌🏻😎😎

How did they convince the governor to provide that promo?
-
So it was Dino Valente? I always thought it was Jesse Colin Young. Great early recording. First time hearing it. Surprising playlist. Got that JA groove already. Fantastic Plastic Fantastic. Now I want to hear the second set. Ah, there it is.
