It is so amazing that Peter has been considered for voicing Optimus in the movies as well, I remember when he voiced Optimus in the cartoons, it’s just absolutely incredible.

"Vocoder" was the word Frank was looking for. A keyboard which adds musical pitch to whatever input you give it - in this case Soundwave's voice.

G1 will always be the GOLD STANDARD! From the theme song, to the voices, to the animation, to the story. Peter and Frank really glued it together. I'm glad they have lived long enough to see this legacy grow and impact the world the way it has.

Interesting to hear, cuz I always wondered why Prime's voice was different in the movies. I just thought it was because Cullen was old now. lol
