Six's flirting with Holiday is just as bad as Rex's flirting used to be with Holiday. Like father, like son, I guess.

Their first date happened just before Six lost his memories, it's been almost 11 years and I still haven't forgave the writers for that.

Agent six has only taken off his glasses 3 times from what I can remember, 2 in his conversations with holiday and 1 with his master who was talking through rex.
