What If a Human Survived in Splatoon?

I mean I believe it could be possible in canon. And to see a human acclimating to the Inklings and Octolings' way of life, learning their language, their history, their culture... would be really cool.

A human is so normal, that it's weird for Splatoon.

Human: where does the ink come from? Inkling: uhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Plot twist: All the Inklings, Octolings, and Salmonids respawn and everything is fine

Pit: "If I up against an Inkling, then... WHAT YEAR IS IT RIGHT NOW?!"

Callie was basically a mom in this world...and everyone dies again...aww man why couldn't this be a fake out bad ending

What's crazy is that the professor actually did make two cryochambers, he just couldn't power his own. So I guess in this universe he did have enough power, and didn't put himself in the chamber.

I'm loving this "What if" series. It allows us to see the Splatoon series in a different light.

How would he have communicated with the humans? He would have been raised speaking the inkling language.

I could imagine it being quite bizarre to see what is basically an intelligent, long extinct dinosaur walking among the other people.

Find it funny that the Story goes from: A Human Discovering and freeing his Species, to a Dark War of Humans being Humans, to just Pikmin Origin [If we ignore Pikmin 4's Structures] As a Pikmin Fan [Since the first 2 Games ababdfsfbafbs-] this was unexpected, but also kinda fitting lol.

I'd be shocked if a Inkling was a villain, is able to go into water or can go into ink thats not their own without splating themselves.

This could be a series. A new earth where a human is found alive with a different outcome for the world. 1. Humans decide to manipulate the atmosphere to lower the world temperature and invoke an ice age, in order to create more land. 2. Humans through genetic engineering need to change in order to survive in the new world. They adopt the Aquatic creatures genetics. 3. The human becomes a big idol due to their unique singing talent.

I've actually been writing a story with a similar concept. A human basically gets isekaied into the future when the events of Splatoon 1 takes place. He was turned into and inkling and it's up to him and his new allies to find the machine that changed his fate forever.

More tragic than mine. The story is one rocket did find a new planet. It was just like Earth, but a 2/3s bigger. The humans dubbed this place "New Earth" And eventually, humanity became a multi planet colony 10,000 years later. Forming the Galactic Federation, and the events of Metroid happened. But with a twist. After Samus betrayed the GF in the events of Metroid Fusion, former GF soldiers whom left because of the Federation's crimes were inspired to create a new military to take out the Galactic Federation. If you are a Halo fan, that's right, in this universe, Samus is the one who inspired the creation of the UNSC. After a year of growing, the UNSC was ready, and waged war on the Galactic Federation. And after a few years, they won, the Galactic Federation was no more, and the UNSC took over. And their stories are basically the same as in the Halo series. Centuries have passed, the year is 2559 and 2 Spartans are sent back to Earth due to one reason, something Humanity missed when they evacuated. It turns out, there was a Halo Ring orbiting outside the solar system. And they were tasked to find an area on Old Earth to build a communication satellite so the base sent to research the ring will have instant communication with the UNSC. And after arriving, they find the Earth inhabited by the evolved Sea Life. After exchanging information with each other, the main government of humanity on New Earth, the UNI, agreed to let this new sea life to be the dominant species on Old Earth, and with help, the sea life agreed to be allies of the UNSC, and humanity.
