Michael Mosley missing: A body has been found

That poor man reporting. I've never seen a journalist so utterly distressed. I followed Dr. Moseley's advice on the 5:2 diet, and I cleared my diabetes. I've been free of it for 10 years. As a result, I thought highly of him. This is such sad news.

I'm lost for words... Michael Mosley always came across on television, as this amazing... Intelligent... And highly educated chap! With a zest for Science... Particularly medicine and Human Biology... And he always projected a humility and childlike wonder to his field... My thoughts are with his family... At this most shocking... And appalling time...

Very sad and upsetting news. He seemed like such a lovely, intelligent, caring person.

Mosley brought a sense of decency and intelligent questioning to the screen. As from so many, my condolences to his family.

I have arrived in Kefalonia the day of him disappearing and followed the story in the hope that he would be found alive, if exhausted by the high temperatures. A highly respected doctor who did only good. His family can finally grieve in peace. Well done to the Greek journalist for not extending any longer the family's ordeal. RIP

Dr Mosley was an inspiration known for his work world wide, very very sad RIP No one should be judging actions now, but simply reflect on the man his wonderful work informing us all.

Ah bless him, poor reporter was clearly shook up. Sad end there he seemed a sweet man. His family will be devastated. May they find peace.

We unfortunately will never know the exact details of why and how.. but it's a reminder to us all how precious life is.. We will all at some point pass on, we don't know the time or the place...But that should help us appreciate every moment we have on this earth... Show love, compassion & appreciation to each other as much as possible, that way we leave a lasting legacy that money can't buy. RIP Dr MM

when I saw his face on BBC website saying he was missing and a body was found, I was so surprised and grieved. I still remember his BBC shows on health and exercise. What an unthinkable way to go! an accident, tripped and fell onto the ground and never able to get up... why? how? a heart attack under the extreme heat? but just 50 yards from a gate... so close to human society, so close to be rescued in time... a hair away from being rescued, but not rescued. why took the rescue team so long to find him? so many deliberate caring of your body, but just an accident, and boom! you are gone! what a life, what a nature and what a world! My deep condolences to his family!

So terrible accident... a doctor who was so entune with health and wellbeing dies so tragically by walking under scorching sun.
