I’m Dr. Dana Brems, also known as Foot Doc Dana. I’m completing my third year of residency in Los Angeles. Just letting u know, they aren’t macaroons, they’re macarons 😂 its easily confused but macaroons are with coconut and dipped in chocolate but macarons are the meringues with filling an no coconut ❤️

There is no need to be afraid of your food. Embrace the bite. The French McDonalds would be perfect for me. Because all I retained from my HS french class is the numbers, which is perfect for ordering at any fast food establishment.
