    2-Stop scaring you for negative future predictions
    Stop making big a small challenge
    3- choose thoughts that nurtures you and uplifting you
    4 - someone doesn't call,feel I m unloved
    5 - stop creating negative affirmations
    6 - when negative thoughts come start thinking positive things like flowers and waterfalls
    7 - be kind and have patience with yourself like garden,we keep putting efforts for Blossoming the garden likewise start creating positive affirmations for ourselves
    8 - dont pluck weeds negative thoughts
    Just create positive and positive outcomes are waiting on the other side
    9 - keep practicing for selflove
    10 - every day love your self little more and make it statement

    We don't have to earn love

    20 - visualization must keep visualization that you are showering in waterfalls and all desease gone
    21 - praise yourself as much as possible for every little thing
    22 - Allow yourself that I deserve good communicate to universe
    23 - clear and specific what I want in my life
    24 - what do you have to live for ? Purpose?
    25 - willing to do to feel good,
    26 - support yourself by yourself
    And reach friends to allow them to help you

    I cried to God to teach me and lead the way on how to love myself so I can love others in the same way. The next morning, I stumbled upon this video. I believe it was God who led me to Louise Hay. After listening to her for two days straight, I stopped crying during prayers. I was filled with so much love, joy, peace, gratitude and trust to God and to His plans for my life. I'm learning to love myself. I started coming from the place of love, not hurt nor fear nor pain. I know that I am getting there. I am becoming LOVE.

    1. Stop criticizing yourself. Be ok with where you are and just change from there!
    2. Dont scare yourself with frightful thoughts. Be there for yourself!
    3. Be gentle, kind and patient with yourself! Things will change! Treat yourself like a person you really like!
    4. Be kind to your mind. Gently change your thoughts. You are worth being loved! You have the right to be loved because you exist!😊
    5. Relax! Its essential for healing. Allow your body to let go and relax!
    6. Meditate. Dont rush. Quiet down and listen to the wisdom of the inner self!
    7. Visualization. Create a clear picture of the result you want!
    8. Praise yourself! It builds you up and know that you deserve it!
    9. Support yourself. Ask your friends, family and groups for help!
    10. Be loving to your negatives! You have a choice to let go of old negative patterns with love which allows you to let go and get more positive patterns!
    11. Humour is a powerful tool to let go of negatives!
    12. Take care of your body! Exercise, eat well, no drugs and alternative therapies are good to explore!
    13. Create a set of beliefs or guidelines that work for you!
    14. Practice unconditional love everyday!

  • I practiced what Louise taught about loving yourself in 1986 after a divorce I did not want. Two young children were involved. I was so depressed that at times my body ached, really ached all over. I began listening to her soothing voice and uplifting messages and I began to practice her teachings and within a few months I felt much better, in six months I felt better than any other time in my life. Learning to love yourself is more important than most of us realize. Whatever you are Louise I am sending you a big hug and kiss.

    This is my dream... to stop my negative self thought buried deep inside my subconscious. It’s all to do with growing up. But I really often think I’m not worthy of good things, of love, of compliments even when I work very hard or am very kind... I often fear the worse case scenario... I scare myself so much... anxious about what people think of me.. thinking I’m “too much” or “too unacceptable” or “too weird” for people... it’s exhausting.... my dream and intention Is to have this cracked by the years end... I’m 35 and cannot carry this over into my 36th year.... I’ve done a lot of work on myself but On my own and Without tools to really understand this. I can’t wait to be so rooted in my self worth ❤️❤️❤️ thank

    It's only been 20 minutes since I started to listen to her words but I'm already feeling so warm and stronger inside. Even though I participated a lot of workshops or seminars about
    self love, my ego was always more interested in attracting a perfect partner and how to make him love me instead of starting that myself. My affirmation today: I will seriously start loving myself.

  • I was born into a Family that really squished my self esteem from real little! And the world followed suite! I have CPTSD! THIS IS SO HARD! AND I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH HELP! I am trying to help myself! In so many ways! I'm tired! 😢
