at the verry beginning almost i say you need 91 hunter to do the quest but what i meant was, you need 91 hunter to do master rumours but you need that quest to do them. you can do the quest at any point i believe.

the xp rates for master tier are 100ish k/h with foxes, 150ish k/h with fox or other deadfall skipping edit: with pseodo blocklist you can reach 200k/h
