My favorite story was of RM on vacation I believe it was the US after the LA concerts (post-COVID lockdown). He had done like a road trip across southern US visiting some small art galleries. Some fans saw RM at the airport and instead of rushing up to him, they hid their BTS merch from their carry-on bags because they knew he was on his private time. He was not RM he was Namjoon just going home. So much respect. A chance of a lifetime to meet their idol and they let it go so he could be a private person just traveling home. Isn't that amazing! It is said that BTS spent 3 million on the production and the performance lasted around 35 minutes. It's a must watch for reactors.

There is a saying in the fandom: " when you see BTS (in their private time), you don't see BTS" Real ARMYs are very very respectful of BTS's private life. I remember Namjoon visited Austria and Austrian ARMYs saw him, and knew about it but the fandom only found out after he had left.

Female K-POP idols are required by their stylist to wear these short-short dresses. To protect the idols for naughty cameras, there are usually lap blankets provided by the venue to protect the privacy.

I strongly recommend watching the MMA 2018 and MMA 2019 performance. The MMA 2018 one is with Jimin dancing like an angel. And the 2019 is Idol, with Korean influences and again, j-hope, Jimin, Jungkook being amazing!

Yes, a lot of these compilation videos are edits so don’t expect to see all these amazing reactions if you watch performances at award shows. Some idols will show a reaction- but it is usually mild, but most don’t. In fact a lot will not even clap for them after a performance. A lot of fan wars start, and fake dating rumors start like this. That is why you see very little eye contact or acknowledgment between BTS and any female idols. And at these award shows, they have lap blankets or pillows on the chairs for the female idols to cover their laps, since most wear such short, tight clothes, and there is so much press there taking photos and films.

All of these aren’t actually at BTS concerts, they’re at award shows for kpop artists in general, usually it’s the end of year ones where artists use their best time and money to present their newest songs in the best stage and performance. But BTS being BTS is just their average selves, usually goofing off during fun songs or being silly during any encore presentations. But also as a side note it’s better to watch videos from ARMY channels mainly. You can usually tell because they have a member’s name or joke in theirs like Seokjinmyfeels as an example. A lot of KPOP-generic channels to tend use a lot of the same videos and/or have less funny or enjoyable videos because they don’t usually tend to do research or care much for the members in general. They tend to only care for the views BTS gives them, which is why most of the fandom will recommend you videos instead of having you search for them, we want you to enjoy the boys like how we enjoy them, not because they’re giving others content. Especially if you’re ending up making comments like “I see this a lot/often”, you have practically 10 years worth of content to get through, you shouldn’t be repeating it that much! 😂
