For me, the person I hurt and the person who hurt me was the same person. We had a toxic relationship, and we were both in the wrong. This mediation finally helped me find peace. I remembered the good times we had, and even if thats gone now, I still love them. They might still hate me, and hate me forever, but I forgive them. And I forgive myself.

After decades of anger and resentment towards my father, I can now feel the release of those emotions . Thank you❤
  • @xLovelyThorns
This made me beyond calm and peaceful. Found myself dozing in and out of subconscious, I was so relaxed! I pray one day I forgive myself.
  • Read something really great : When u hold a glass filled with water in ur hand stretched out , at first it’s okay .. then gradually as the time passes , u start to feel the pain caused by the holding of that glass. That glass filled with water is the resentment that u hold ... just drop it ... this mediation is helping me do that ... letting go the resentment. Thank u @mindful movement.

Your voice and energy are soothing. Your words are carefully chosen. I appreciate your guided meditations very much.
  • Great help to me thankyou ...it is a practice I need from time to time memories reappear and they don't disable me anymore..finally letting go of stuff and learning self validation...at nearly 62 years.🙏bless this mahi.
  • Wow!!! So many tears seeing the punished child and being able to forgive her, even though she was innocent, she felt bad for her parents behaviour. That was powerful. Thank you. ❤❤❤
  • This forgiveness session was right on time!!!. For several months I've held a deep resentment and anger towards someone who turned my life upside down. I've grown realize my role in the situation and found that the negative energy that I directed at the other person ate away at me. Through prayer, and meditation practices like this one, I am genuinely able to forgive myself and others. Thank you!

Meditation is a game changer. I didn’t meditate this morning like I usually do and did some things I wanted to forgive myself for. I literally feel like I just woke up . Fresh and alive.

The fact that I cry every time I listen to this meditation lets me know that for the time being, this is definitely one to keep in regular rotation. 💗

Absolutely amazing meditation. Forgiveness of myself and others is extremely hard for me. I ruminate and dissect situations. Forgiveness of self and others is a difficult notion but this meditation is fantastic and I will be repeating it and hopefully someday my burden will be lessened. Thank you.
  • @SuziBick
Thank you for the reminder that forgiveness is a practice!
  • thank you. Sara, for this beautiful meditation on forgiveness. I really struggle with self- loathing and unforgiveness. I will listen to this meditation often.
  • Dear Sarah, I heared this meditation first time, it made me crying and feeling with less burden afterwards, thank you.🙏Polonca, Slovenia, Europe
  • Certainly one of the most powerful meditations. The power of forgiveness
  • Dear Sarah! Thank you for your wonderful meditation. I find it difficult to look at myself into the mirror and be truly kind and accepting, as I suffer a lot from M.E. and putting myself at a constant pressure to get well again. I forgot how to live and enjoy what I am doing. Constant self care and improvement caused more pain, as I didn't take care of my heart, until now.
  • Sarah I love your meditations but I have never needed one more than this one. Thank you for helping me forgive myself and others. It’s a process and I will come back to this one. Love to you and Les.
