I must say no one has ever extensively covered the history of Laal haveli. I thought it was just an ordinary home associated with a prominent politician, Thank you for sharing this hidden treasure trove.

I was born in Lahore and have spent most of my life there but a part ot my late childhood/early teens i spent in G-6 Islamabad and Westridge Cantt Rawalpindi, so i knew about this area since then. Then from 2018 to 2020 i moved to Rawalpindi again, this time lived a very different life, alone here for two years, they were the last years of my youth and were a very different but beautiful time of my life, always wanted to see Laal Haveli from the inside, and I could've because my late father was a respectable politician of his time whom Sheikh Rasheed sahab would be aware of, it somehow couldn't happen and i would've regretted missing the chance to do so, Thankyou for this opportunity, the story behind it really touched me, felt heartbroken after knowing her story.. may her soul rest in eternal bliss in his highest heavens.. Ameen.
